CLIMAX ENTERPRISE was Yayoi's 2nd and last label (atleast in the visual kei scenery), for some reason he seem to have focused alot on oshare kei for this label, and the "new" era of visual kei, to summarise it easy; the bands on CLIMAX ENTERPRISE did mostly not have similar sound to ETERNAL bands, even though the signed bands was very few.
It is a common mistake that jewelry was signed with CLIMAX ENTERPRISE, they only toured with them.
The exact founding date of CLIMAX ENTERPRISE is currently unknown, however it disbanded 16th April 2005.
